GEFD Volunteers:
Check the resource calendar below to be sure your resource is available when you need it.
Go to your personal GEFD calendar (make sure to pick your GEFD account).
Click the "+ Create" button in the top-left corner to add a new event and click "More options" at the bottom of the pop-up box.
Fill in the relevant details (title, date, time, recurrence).
Event Title: "Last Name - Purpose" (e.g., "Jones - EMT Class @ PSTA")
On the right-hand side of the page, click the "Rooms" tab.
Click the resource you wish to reserve to add it to the event (note: if the resource is not available, it will be crossed out on the list).
Click "Save" at the top of the page to create the event/reservation.
Check the resource calendar to ensure the reservation was successfully added.
DFRS Career Staff (or vols with county Outlook accounts):
Check the resource calendar below to be sure your resource is available when you need it.
Click here to create a new calendar event in your Montgomery County Outlook calendar with K711 as a prepopulated "invitee."

Fill in the relevant details (title, date, time, recurrence).

Save the event.
As long as there is no conflicting existing reservation, the invitation will be auto-accepted, you will receive an email indicating it has been accepted, and the event will appear on the calendar below.
